REFUND POLICY
Here at The Blushing Dove we have a NO refund policy. Should I be the one to make a mistake I will ask that you take a the following steps so that I can then proceed in making a decision that would best resolve the issue. The steps I will ask you to take are as stated below:
1. Reach out to me VIA email [email protected] within 2 days of receiving the item/s. Should I agree that the mistake was in fact on my part and a refund may be required I will then ask you to follow the remaining steps.
2.Package & Return the item/s back to me exactly as they were received within 24hrs of receiving a return label from myself.
*Failure to abide by these guidelines will immediately disqualify you from receiving a refund*
Once I have received the returned item/s I will overlook them and be sure that they are exactly as I shipped them out. If I see that they in fact were not returned exactly like I shipped them out I will not issue a refund and instead offer store credit.
-Refunds will ONLY be issued back to the original payment.
EXCHANGES
